Jemma Cherep

Jemma Cherep is a seasoned senior benefits consultant with extensive experience in employee benefits administration and health and welfare strategy, currently serving at PNC since June 2023. Jemma previously held positions at Pathways Wellness Program, LLC, and Highmark Health, focusing on wellness benefits and health engagement activities. As the Association Director at YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh, Jemma provided strategic leadership and oversight, driving organizational success and community relations. Earlier roles include wellness coordinator positions where Jemma developed holistic health programs and managed medical benefits, alongside experience as a case manager and health educator at Cigna.
