Jim Douglas

Jim Douglas currently serves as Senior Vice President of Payments Product Management at PNC, a role commenced in October 2025. Prior to this position, Jim was Vice President of Product Development for Commercial Payments at Fifth Third Bank, focusing on revenue growth and the modernization of payment infrastructure while successfully launching the bank's crypto business vertical. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Product Manager at Trovata, where Jim developed API-based payment solutions, and as Sales/Product Leader at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, leading growth strategies and product innovation. Jim's early career includes founding Selfie Test Drive and significant sales achievements at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company. Jim holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fresno, and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Information Science from The University of Alabama.
