Katie Penrose

Katie Penrose (Bartley) is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment and project administration. Currently serving as a Project Administrator at PNC since September 2024 under a contract with Teksystems, Katie previously held the role of Senior Recruiter at Host Healthcare, Inc. and has worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Technical Recruiter at Mondo. Additional experience includes serving as a Staffing Manager at Randstad USA, and various managerial positions at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Katie began their career in the hospitality industry as a Bartender/Mixologist at Brunzies Bar and Restaurant. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, awarded in 2017.
