Mathew Smith

Mathew Smith is an experienced cybersecurity professional with a strong background in red teaming and cyber exploitation. Currently serving as a Senior Red Team Operator at PNC since October 2022, Mathew has previously held key positions such as Cyber Exploitation Engineer at GoSecure and Manager of the Computer Emergency Response Team at Verizon Enterprise Solutions. Mathew also founded RedCell Cyber LLC, where penetration testing was a primary focus, and worked as a Lead Cyber Threat Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton. Mathew holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry University, earned between January 2001 and January 2004.
