Parker Todd

Parker Todd currently serves as Vice President and Relationship Manager II at PNC, having joined the company in October 2021 following its acquisition of BBVA USA. Notable achievements at PNC include managing approximately $750MM in commitments, leading the origination of $422MM in new loan volume in 2022, and expanding coverage responsibilities in the DFW market. Parker previously held multiple roles at BBVA USA, culminating as Vice President, Portfolio Manager, and contributed significantly to loan origination efforts. Prior experience includes an internship at CBRE in the Debt and Structured Finance Team and a leadership role as Director of Finance for Fish Camp at Texas A&M University.
