Renée Vogt

Renée Vogt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agile coaching, business process reengineering, and IT management. Currently serving as Vice-President and Sr. Enterprise Agile/Scaled Agile Coach at PNC since April 2023, Renée focuses on enhancing customer value and fostering organizational agility through lean and scaled agile frameworks. Previously, Renée held various leadership roles at American Family Insurance from 2015 to 2023, including Enterprise Agile Coach and Portfolio and Planning Leader. Renée's earlier positions also encompass significant roles at QBE North America, Shopbop.com, CUNA Mutual Group, Diversey, Schneider National, Arthur Andersen, and We Energies, showcasing a robust background in IT consulting and management. Renée holds an Executive MBA in Marketing and International Business from Lubar College of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
