Seth Wight

Seth Wight is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in affordable housing development and finance. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Tax Credit Underwriting at PNC since October 2025, Seth previously worked as a Project Developer at Eden Housing, Inc., overseeing multi-million-dollar affordable housing projects, securing financing, and managing project feasibility and compliance. Prior roles include Housing Finance Analyst at Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency, Development Project Manager at Lewiston Housing, and various research and teaching positions focusing on community development and educational instruction. Seth holds a Master’s degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and History from Washington University in St. Louis, complemented by a certification in Secondary Education from the University of Michigan.
