Timothy Klinkner

Timothy Klinkner currently serves as Vice President of Corporate & Institutional Banking Treasury Management at PNC since August 2022. Previously, Klinkner held the position of Senior Vice President and Treasury Services Market Manager at Freedom Bank of Virginia from June 2019 to August 2022. Klinkner also contributed to the Tysons Chamber of Commerce as Treasurer on the Board of Directors from January 2018 to December 2020, and served as Vice President at First Citizens Bank from September 2017 to June 2019. Earlier experience at PNC includes the role of Assistant Vice President from January 2011 to September 2017. Klinkner holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from West Virginia University and a Master's in Education with a focus on Special Education/Elementary Education from PennWest California.
