Alexandra West Jefferies, P.E. is a Principal Engineer at PND Engineers, Inc., with a focus on hydrology, hydraulics, and civil design since May 2011. Based in Alaska, Alexandra has extensive experience in fish passage design, river bank restoration, erosion control, drainage design, and environmental projects.
