David Murar

David Murar is a staff engineer at PND Engineers, Inc. since August 2022, previously serving as a civil designer at KPFF Consulting Engineers from May 2018 to April 2022. At KPFF, David's projects encompassed land use planning, site development, street and road design, curb ramp inspection, and park and trail design. Prior to that, David held the position of lead design engineer at the Washington State Department of Transportation from March 2016 to February 2018, where responsibilities included project management, preparation of design documents and stormwater reports, and coordination with local agencies. David began the career as a design engineer at WSDOT, assisting in various phases of transportation project development. David earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Portland State University.
