Jackson Waters is a skilled civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and site design for both commercial and residential properties. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer at PND Engineers, Inc. since December 2022, Jackson previously held the role of Project Manager at Dominion Engineering Associates, L.C. and FOCUS Engineering & Surveying, where responsibilities included site layout and design. Earlier experience includes project management and construction inspection at the Indiana Department of Transportation, construction supervision at Farah & Sons, Inc., and an engineering internship at Bledsoe Riggert Cooper James.
