David Miranda has extensive experience in community relations and operational roles within the mining and port industries in Panama. Currently serving as the Community Relations Manager at PNE AG since October 2019, David previously worked as a Process Plant Operator at Cobre Panamá from September 2018 to October 2019. Prior to that, David held the position of Transportation Coordinator at Global Brigades, Inc. from June 2010 to August 2015, overseeing employee and logistics transport operations. David’s earlier career includes serving as a Port Verifier at Panama Ports Company S.A. from March 2008 to March 2010, where responsibilities included inventory management and cargo handling. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Rights and Political Sciences with a focus on legal advisory services from CENTRO REGIONAL UNIVERSITARIO DE COCLE (2015-2019) and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking with an emphasis on Economics from Universidad del Istmo (2006-2009). Currently, David is pursuing a Master’s degree in Renewable Energy and Energy Projects at CEUPE.
