Dave Penn (PSA-CLW)

Dave (PSA-CLW) Penn has extensive experience in the engineering field, serving as a Project Manager and Mechanical Engineer at Pneumatic Scale since January 2005. In parallel, Dave has held the role of Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager at Pneumatic Scale Angelus since 2005. Educationally, Dave obtained a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, where studies were completed in 1991, and also holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Polymer Science from the same institution, with studies completed in 1990.
