Manuel Balderas, CMIT, currently serves as an Assistant Project Manager and previously held the position of Project Engineer II at PNG Builders since September 2018. Responsibilities at PNG Builders include reviewing and submitting various construction-related documents and drafting RFIs with solutions. Prior to this role, Manuel worked as a part-time Security Officer at Universal Services of America from November 2013 to October 2018, where duties included ensuring student safety, organizing site activities, and documenting incidents. Manuel also gained early experience with LA Conservation Corps, focusing on environmental cleanup and mentoring high school students. Manuel holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California State University, Northridge, completed in 2019, and graduated from John Marshall High School in 2012.
