Early career experience includes an internship focused on supporting construction site activities under the supervision of a Project Superintendent and Project Manager. Joseph Caywood's foundational leadership skills were developed as a Combat Engineer in the United States Marine Corps, where management of a squad was undertaken during service in combat zones. Joseph Caywood holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Missouri State University, earned in 2010.
