Raymond Shin

Raymond Shin is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing and enhancing various platforms, predominantly within the Pivotal CRM framework. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at PNI Digital Media Ltd since May 2021, Raymond previously held positions at Avolin, Pivotal CRM as a Lead Software Engineer and Associate Software Architect, as well as at Aptean in similar roles. Raymond’s notable achievements include successfully delivering performance enhancements for desktop clients, leading migration projects to 64-bit architecture, and developing integrations for Microsoft Outlook. With a strong foundation in programming languages and frameworks such as C#, .NET, C++, and JavaScript, Raymond also contributes to enhancing software reliability and customer support across multiple product lines. Raymond holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of British Columbia.
