Joseph Miller has over 38 years of work experience in the field of engineering. Joseph began their career in 1981 as an Engineering Technician at Ed Minneman Company. In 1984, they moved to Optical Engineering Inc. as an Electrical Engineer. In 1999, they joined PNI Corporation as a Sr. Hardware Engineer. In 2004, they were hired by Sensor Platforms Inc. as a Sr. Systems Architect, where they were responsible for system level design and specifications for mixed-signal ICs, development of OEM tools, product design specifications, data sheets, users guides and application notes, and sensor data acquisition and processing analysis. Joseph is also a co-inventor on a patent application for unique use of a multiple channel, multipurpose frequency-time mode data converter technology. In 2008, they joined PNI Sensor Corporation as a Principal Hardware Engineer.

Joseph Miller attended the UC Berkeley Extension from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a Certificate Program in Integrated Circuit Design & Techniques in the field of Analog IC Design. Prior to that, they attended Heald Institute Of Technology, San Francisco from 1981 to 1983, where they earned an ASEET in Electrial Engineering Technology.
