James Nichols

James Nichols possesses extensive experience in client support and payroll management within the human capital management sector. Currently, as HCM Support Team Lead at PNI•HCM since December 2019, James drives results and improvements in the Client Support team while managing open cases and ensuring compliance with SLAs. Previously, at ADP from April 2002 to September 2019, James served as COS Payroll Team Lead, overseeing workflow for successful service delivery, and as Client Support Specialist IV-MA, where a focus was placed on accurately assessing client needs related to payroll tax and HR products. James holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Photography and Art Education from Long Island University, Southampton Campus, completed in 1999.
