Eduardo Cortez

Eduardo Cortez has over 40 years of engineering experience, currently serving as Engineer IV at Texas-New Mexico Power since February 2015. Previously, Eduardo held the position of Engineer III System Reliability at Public Service Company of New Mexico since October 2006, and worked as a Substation Project Engineer at Ocampo Esta Engineering Consultants, focusing on substation projects for Southern California Edison and PG & E from October 2001 to October 2006. Earlier in their career, Eduardo was a Substation Design Engineer at Everest Engineering & Technical Services and a Supervising Branch Engineer at Manila Electric Company for nearly two decades. Eduardo obtained a degree from Feati University between 1975 and 1980.
