Jeremy Heslop

Jeremy Heslop serves as the Senior Contracts Manager in Renewable Energy and Storage at the Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM), a position held since June 2015, where management of contracts exceeding $5 billion is pivotal for ensuring safe, reliable, and economically sound energy solutions. Through oversight of over 25 wind, solar, and battery projects, Jeremy contributes significantly to New Mexico's transition to zero-carbon energy. Previous roles at PNM include Integrated Resource Planning, where long-term financial forecasts optimized resource procurement, and Team Manager II, focusing on enhancing power plant reliability and revenue. Additionally, Jeremy founded and led Heslop Drafting and Home Design from April 2004 to June 2015, overseeing the drafting of residential designs worth over $100 million. With a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University and an MBA from Western New Mexico University, Jeremy combines technical expertise with business acumen in the energy sector.
