Scott Vogt

Scott Vogt is an experienced professional in the utilities industry, currently serving as the Manager of Pricing and Business Analytics at the Public Service Company of New Mexico since August 2014. In this role, Scott oversees pricing and load research functions for various jurisdictions and provides expert testimony for cost of service and pricing proposals. Previously, Scott held several positions at Colorado Springs Utilities, including Senior Pricing Analyst and Principal Pricing Analyst/Supervisor, where expertise was applied in developing pricing strategies and complex costing models. Scott also established a benchmarking program to enhance financial performance metrics across the utilities sector. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Accounting from Regis University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs.
