Michael Toth

Michael Toth is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Founding Partner at PNT Law Firm and Vice President of Legal at Backflip, Michael works to advance technology access for real estate entrepreneurs. Previous roles include SVP & General Counsel for REX, where responsibilities included establishing the legal department and overseeing a range of legal matters. Michael has also contributed significantly as Special Counsel in the Office of the Attorney General of Texas, where complex litigation strategies were developed, and as a judicial law clerk in the U.S. Courts of Appeals and the U.S. Southern District of Florida. As a Charter Member of TechGC, Michael actively engages with fellow General Counsels to share knowledge and best practices. Michael holds a BA in History from Stanford University and a JD/MA in Law and History from the University of Virginia School of Law.
