Megan Olson

Megan Olson is a collections manager at Pacific NW Federal Credit Union, a role held since September 2022. Prior to this, Megan held positions at Wells Fargo as a loan processor from 2019 to August 2022, where responsibilities included processing HELOCs, refinances, and purchases, while also being certified in TX loans and serving as a peer mentor. At Nationstar Mortgage from February 2019 to May 2019, Megan managed a team focused on Fannie Mae recidivism accounts, ensuring that accounts 30+ days past due received appropriate support and information. Additionally, Megan worked at IBM from July 2014 to February 2019, starting as a loss mitigation agent and advancing to mortgage servicing manager, overseeing teams that collected payments and provided loss mitigation solutions. Megan holds two Associate of Arts and Sciences degrees in Human Services from Umpqua Community College, as well as education from Northwest Christian University.
