Jasmijn Kester Mem

Jasmijn Kester, MEM, is currently serving as RVC at Vidomes since July 2023 and as Voorzitter verenigingscommissie Kwaliteit at PO-Raad while contributing to educational quality and advocacy for the sector. Jasmijn holds the position of Voorzitter College van Bestuur at Kind en Onderwijs Rotterdam and is a member of SER Topvrouwen, promoting gender diversity in leadership within the Dutch business landscape. As a co-founder of œ Operation Education, Jasmijn focuses on transformative leadership in education. Previous roles include being a member of the Education Council of the Netherlands and various leadership positions in educational organizations. Jasmijn has an extensive educational background, including a Master of Educational Management and numerous certifications related to leadership and organizational culture.
