Judith Kets

Judith Kets is a seasoned educational consultant and facilitator with extensive experience in coaching, guiding educators, and management teams. As a co-founder and owner of InterZin KJG BV since August 2008, Judith has led various improvement trajectories focused on educational quality, self-directed learning teams, and the integration of ICT in education. Judith also serves as a Deep Democracy facilitator, specializing in navigating difficult conversations within organizations, and operates as a Management Drives consultant. In addition, Judith holds leadership roles in several educational organizations, including chair of Pioniers van de Toekomst and educational advisor at PO-Raad, while actively engaging in interim management positions and project leadership within multiple schools. Educational credentials include degrees from Coaching Academy International, HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, and other institutions, complemented by certifications in management training and Deep Democracy.
