Lívia Esteves Assan has a diverse and extensive work experience in various legal roles. Lívia started their own company, PO27, in 2018, where they serve as the Founder & CEO. Prior to that, they worked as the General Counsel at ACREFI from 2014 to 2017. Lívia also served as the Legal Manager at CETIP from 2011 to 2014. Lívia held the positions of Legal Coordinator at Sascar from 2009 to 2011 and at GRV Solutions from 2009 to 2010. Lívia worked as a Legal Counsel at NET Serviços de Comunicação S/A in 2008 and at VEM Manutenção e Engenharia S.A. (a TAP Portugal Company) from 2005 to 2007. Lívia started their legal career as a Legal Counsel at Sergio Chermont de Britto Advogados from 2003 to 2005.

Lívia Esteves Assan has a strong educational background in the field of law and business. Lívia attended Universidade Candido Mendes from 2000 to 2004, where they focused on law studies. Following that, Lívia pursued an MBA in Corporate Law at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2005 to 2007. Lívia then attended Harvard Law School from 2007 to 2008 for an Extension School program in Law Business Enterprises. In 2012, Lívia participated in a short-term program at Fundação Dom Cabral, where they focused on Programa Estratégia e Execução.
