Dave Zelman

Dave Zelman is a seasoned professional in the field of architecture and design, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Development at Poag Development Group since July 2025. With over 30 years of experience, Dave specializes in guest-focused design and the creation of innovative retail environments across the United States. Previous roles include Vice President of Architecture and Design at The Cordish Companies and Vice President at FRCH NELSON, where responsibilities encompassed architectural design for multinational clients and bespoke projects in hospitality, entertainment, and retail. Earlier career experiences include Project Architect/Project Manager at glaserworks Architecture + Urban Design, Project Manager/Designer at Bruce Robinson Architecture & Design, and an internship at The Doran Studi. Dave holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Cincinnati, completed in 1992.
