Greg Whitney

Greg Whitney has a strong background in the real estate development industry. Greg currently holds the position of Senior Vice President - Development at Poag Development Group, where they focus on creating engaging mixed-use developments. Before joining Poag Development Group in 2022, they worked as a Senior Vice President - Retail Development at JLL from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Development - Retail at Wilson Meany from 2013 to 2018. Greg started their career with CBRE in 1989 and held the position of Senior Vice President until 2013, specializing in strategic merchandising, leasing, and investment sale solutions for various retail assets. Throughout their career, Greg has showcased their expertise in crafting authentic development solutions and addressing regional growth challenges.

Greg Whitney has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business - Real Estate from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
