Bianka Zanini

Bianka Zanini has extensive experience in Human Resources, specializing in talent acquisition and organizational development. Currently serving as a People Partner Specialist at Poatek since August 2020, Bianka has contributed to HR transformation and full-cycle recruitment while managing performance review processes. Previous roles include Senior People Partner, where Bianka bridged communication between management and teams, and HR Business Partner at NTConsult, focusing on strategic support for leaders and enhancing employee engagement. Bianka's experience extends through various HR roles, including Talent Acquisition at Sindus ANDRITZ and Cassio Mattos - Seleção Estratégica, as well as internships that built foundational HR skills. Bianka holds an MBA in Strategic People Management from FGV and a degree in Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
