Rodrigo Ruas Oliveira

Rodrigo Ruas Oliveira is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as Director and Software Engineering Lead at Poatek since August 2024, Rodrigo previously held roles as Senior Tech Lead and Tech Lead at Nelogica, where responsibilities included building software architectures, mentoring future leaders, and managing cross-functional teams. Rodrigo's entrepreneurial spirit was demonstrated through the founding of zivia.io, alongside a tenure as Tech Lead and Product Manager at WZ4 Technology. With a strong academic background, including a Master of Science in Computer Networking and Network Security from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and an MBA from Ibmec, Rodrigo has also served as an Assistant Professor and Project Manager at several educational institutions, actively participating in research and curriculum development.
