Ben Broughton is the Founder and Owner of Primis, a specialist provider of talent solutions for the technology sector in the UK and the USA. Since 2021, they have focused on promoting diversity and inclusion within organizations by educating clients on the significance of these values in team building. Additionally, Broughton serves as the Founder and Director of Capture Outsourcing and Co-Founder of Pobl.io, which connects Latin American technical talent to US businesses. With extensive experience in the industry, including previous roles as Managing Director of Premier Group Recruitment and Regional Manager at SThree, Broughton has been actively contributing to the Association of Professional Staffing Companies since 2011 as Chair for the IT Sector Forum. Broughton continues their education at both Sale Grammar School and the University of Birmingham.
