Kolja Plegt

Kolja Plegt is an experienced professional in the sporting goods industry, currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer and Managing Director EMEA at POC since August 2013. Prior roles at POC include Sales Director Europe, European Key Account & Business Development Manager, and Sales Representative Germany. Prior to POC, Kolja worked at adidas Group / cip GmbH as a Brandcoach from June 2005 to October 2010. Kolja holds a degree in Sport Science from Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln (2005-2012) and an International Management Specialist degree from FernUniversität in Hagen (2015-2017).
