Paul Swaddle

Paul Swaddle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development, public service, and marketing. Currently serving as a Software Development Partner at Your Software Supplier since July 2024, Paul also holds significant roles within Westminster City Council as Leader of the Conservative Group and as a Councillor for Regent's Park Ward, alongside past positions as Cabinet Member for Finance and Smart City and Cabinet Member for Customer Services and Digital. Paul co-founded Pocket App Ltd in November 2010, serving as CEO and specializing in mobile application development. Past roles include Director at Oak Tree Communication, Councillor for Maiden Erlegh Ward at Wokingham Borough Council, and Head of Marketing at WIN Plc. Paul holds a DipM in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a BA (Hons) in Economics and Accounting from the University of Reading.
