Adam Pica

Adam Pica is a seasoned marketing and creative professional with diverse experience in performance marketing, screenwriting, and client growth management. At Pocket FM, Adam served as Creative Lead for the Fantasy Growth Team, following a role as a Promo Writer within the same team. Prior to this, Adam held the position of Performance Creative Lead at Fresh Clean Threads and contributed as a screenwriter for Moonbug Entertainment, collaborating on notable PAW PATROL web series. Adam’s earlier experience includes serving as Client Growth Manager and Creative Strategist at TubeScience, as well as Sales Marketing Consultant at Collaborative Entity, where strategic insights led to projected revenue increases. Adam holds an M.B.A. from USC Marshall School of Business and a Business Management certificate from UCLA.
