Amey Deo

Amey Deo has a diverse work experience spanning different roles in the entertainment industry. Amey started their career as an Oracle Database Administrator at Vodafone India Services Pvt. Ltd. in 2012. However, they later transitioned into the creative field, working as an Assistant Director at CineMan Productions Ltd. and Recyclewala Films.

Amey then moved on to become a Creative Strategist at Leo Burnett in 2016. Amey further honed their skills as a Writer, Director, and Assistant Director at CineMan Productions Ltd. from 2016 to 2019. During this time, they also served as an Associate Director at Kyta Productions in 2018.

In 2019, Amey took on the role of an Assistant Director at Pocket Aces before joining MADDOCK FILMS PRIVATE LIMITED as an Associate Director. In 2020, they worked as a Writer and Director at The Zoom Studios, where they stayed until 2023.

Currently, Amey Deo holds the position of Creative Director - Gen AI at Pocket FM, starting in April 2023.

Amey Deo obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Instrumentation Technology from Vishwakarma Institute Of Technology from 2007 to 2011. Before that, from 2005 to 2006, Amey completed high school at New Digambar Public School in Indore. Later, from 2014 to 2016, Amey pursued film making with a focus on Writing & Direction at Whistling Woods International.
