Gautham Das is an accomplished audio production professional with extensive experience in enhancing audio workflows and listener experiences. Currently serving as Assistant Manager - Production at Pocket FM since November 2021, Gautham reports directly to the Director of Content Production. Previous roles at Pocket FM include Deemed Audio Lead - South, where Gautham instituted quality control and curated original music libraries, and Senior Associate - Production, credited with hiring and training over 50 audio personnel. Earlier experience includes Media Producer at Rowdy, focusing on media pipeline planning, and Sound Engineer at Mayflower Language Services Pvt. Ltd. Gautham began a career in audio by obtaining a Diploma of Education in Audio from KM Music Conservatory and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
