Arthur Sabintsev

Arthur Sabintsev has a long and varied work experience. From 2008 to 2021 they have held a variety of roles in different industries. Their earliest roles were as an Experimental Nuclear Physicist at Jefferson Lab and a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at George Washington University. In 2009, they were an Experimental Nuclear Physicist at the University of Glasgow. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Senior iOS Engineer at Fueled and Shelby.tv. From 2013 to 2017, they were the Lead Mobile Architect at ID.me. From 2018 to 2022, they held various roles at Capital One, including Head of Mobile Growth Initiatives, Head of Mobile Payments, Senior Manager, iOS Platform Tech Lead, and Senior Manager, iOS Payments Tech Lead. Finally, from 2017 to present, they have been the Owner of The iOS Consultant, LLC and the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer of Pocket Network Inc.

Arthur Sabintsev obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biophysics from The George Washington University in 2008, followed by a Master of Science in Experimental Nuclear Physics from the same institution in 2011.
