Lindsay Travia

Lindsay Travia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer support and engagement within the healthcare and retail sectors. Currently serving as an Intake & Engagement Specialist at PocketRN, Lindsay has been responsible for conducting welcome calls, facilitating program introductions, and collecting vital patient information since July 2025. Previously at ECP, Lindsay held several roles, including Senior Pharmacy & Customer Support Specialist, where over 15,000 tickets were resolved, and contributed significantly to operational efficiency.
