Brittany Uko, MSML, is a seasoned Human Resources Consultant with a comprehensive background in HR leadership and strategy development across various organizations since June 2018. Currently, as the most senior HR executive at pocket.watch, Brittany leads a team of four in enhancing staffing and recruitment processes, while previously at Atomic Cartoons, Brittany implemented employee relations initiatives and established a learning and development platform. Prior experience at The Walt Disney Company involved advising on HR policies, developing talent solutions, and promoting diversity and inclusion strategies. Brittany's career began at NBC Universal, providing high-level administrative support in the Anti-Piracy department. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
