David To has over 18 years of work experience, starting in 2003 as a Product Expert at Future Shop. David then worked as a Wine Merchant at Wine Rack from 2007 to 2010, before transitioning into a career in web development. From 2008 to 2020, David worked as a Front-End Developer and Designer at Radii Production, and from 2020 to 2021 as a Front-End Developer at innermost digital. David then joined Tough Love Inc as a Front-End Developer and Production Specialist from 2021 to 2023, where they developed and launched custom WordPress websites, eCommerce websites on WordPress WooCommerce and Shopify, and marketing/lead generation pages optimized for Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO.
