Shiksha goyal

Shiksha Goyal has worked in the finance industry since 2015. Shiksha began their career as an Articled Assistant at Bajaj Gupta & Associates, where they were engaged in internal audit and bank audits, performed due diligence in the loan department, and filed IT returns, VAT returns, and TDS returns. In 2018, Shiksha moved to SKS Business Services, where they were an Account Executive, responsible for accounting of the clients of the organization, dealing with clients, and preparing and analyzing financials. In 2019, Shiksha joined NIRA as a Corporate Finance Analyst, where they were responsible for analysis and preparation of financial statements for investor purposes, cost and revenue analysis of different lending partners, and preparation and finalization of revenue reconciliation with various lending partners. Most recently, in 2021, Shiksha moved to Pocketly as a Finance Manager and Financial Controller, where they reported to the founders regarding company financials, budget and planning, and regulated statutory compliances, internal audits, tax compliance (income & indirect tax) & filings, companies Act, labour laws, and other applicable compliances.

Shiksha Goyal obtained their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat between 2013 and 2016. Shiksha then studied for a Chartered Accountant degree from Credent Professional Studies between 2013 and 2017. Shiksha also obtained a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India between 2013 and 2018. During their time at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Shiksha Goyal also obtained certifications in Advance IT in September 2018 and General Management and Communication Skills in August 2018.
