Erik Gratz has a long and varied work experience. In 2016, they worked as a Sales Representative for Yodle, and as a Desktop Quality Control Technician for Micro Center. In 2017, they worked as a Customer Sales Representative for Hertz, and as a Sales Development Representative for EBQuickstart LLC (EBQ). In 2018, they worked as a Software Developer for Freelance, a Principal Web Developer and Key Grip for Dysmorphia - An Elderhouse Productions Film, and an Account Executive for Proper Media. In 2019, they worked as a PHP Developer and Project Lead for The Media Lab Agency. In 2020, they worked as a Developer for Sonic Boom Wellness. Currently, they are a Senior Software Engineer for pocketnest.

Erik Gratz is currently a TechDegree Student at Treehouse, studying Full Stack JavaScript // PHP // Java // Android and Computer Science. Prior to this, they attended Ohio University from 2008 to 2010, studying Computer Science. Before that, they obtained an Honors Diploma from Washington Senior High School in 2008.
