Chinwe Onyeagoro has over 20 years of experience in business and consulting. From 1997 to 2000, they were a Business Analyst at Monitor Group (now Deloitte). From 2000 to 2002, they were a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company. From 2002 to 2004, they were an Investment Associate at Pritzker Realty Group. From 2004 to 2013, they were the Co-Founder & CEO of O-H Community Partners, providing strategic planning, business planning, project management, financial management, and capital raising consulting services. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Co-Founder & CEO of FundWell, developing a web-based small balance lending platform. From 2015 to 2017, they were the President and EVP, U.S. Consulting at Great Place to Work. Since 2017, they have been the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, Head of Growth at PocketSuite, a mobile app that helps anyone with clients manage their clients, payments, and business all from their phone.

Chinwe Onyeagoro attended Concord Academy from 1992 to 1996. Chinwe then went on to Harvard University, where they earned a Joint Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and East Asian studies in 2000.
