Yang Forjindam

Co-Founder at PocketSuite

Yang Forjindam has a long history of experience in the tech industry. Yang began their career in 2000 as a Software Engineer at NetSuite. During their time there, they developed the documentation system, contributed to the core UI infrastructure, and helped launch the CRM and eCommerce modules. Yang was also awarded a patent for a method for using incoming email to automate business processes. Yang then transitioned to the Principal Engineer role on the platform team where they helped launch SuiteScript, a Javascript API, runtime, SDK (with debugger) and web framework for building third-party applications (browser and server side) in NetSuite. Yang also served as architect and led a system-wide re-architecture initiative to standardize on a unified API, thereby simplifying the development process, making the product more testable, and making it easier to build extensions on the platform. In 2014, Yang Co-Founded PocketSuite, a business management iPhone app for today's independent professional. Yang was in charge of product development, engineering and strategy.

Yang Forjindam completed a BS in Engineering from Virginia Tech, followed by an MS in Engineering and Smart Product Design from Stanford University.
