Kumar Ramasubramanian has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kumar started their career at Sprint in 2003 as a Team Lead for Siebel, then moved to AT&T Mobility as a Lead Analyst for Siebel. From there, they transitioned to Cardinal Health as a Solution Engineer/PM for Product Development. In 2007, they joined Express Scripts (Sampling) where they served as a Solution Engineer/PM for Product Management, managing the implementation of multi-channel marketing programs and the Sample Allocation Optimization Engine. Kumar then joined M3 Health as a Senior Product Manager before moving to IMS Health as a Senior Solutions Architect, where they provided strategic guidance and managed the delivery of a global customer marketing platform for a major pharmaceutical company. After IMS Health, they joined Janssen Inc., initially as a Business Technology Leader for the Strategic Customer Group, overseeing patient affordability and adherence programs. Later, they became the Manager of Customer Connections for Janssen Scientific Affairs, responsible for leading processes and solutions to drive strategies and customer interaction integration. Currently, Kumar is the Vice President of Product Management at POCN, where they have overall responsibility for the digital, data, and analytical products and services, as well as new business initiatives and client expansion projects. Kumar works closely with cross-functional teams to develop product strategies and requirements and collaborates with business partners and implementation teams.
Kumar Ramasubramanian obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Jaipur. Kumar attended the institute from 1989 to 1994.
