Odalys “Odie” Ciarrocchi

Odalys "Odie" Ciarrocchi, MBA has a comprehensive work experience spanning several years. Odalys “Odie” currently holds the position of Director, Strategic Accounts at POCN, a role they assumed in January 2023.

Prior to that, Odie worked at Boehringer Ingelheim, where they held various roles beginning in April 2004. From April 2004 to December 2012, they served as a Senior Primary Care Sales Representative, responsible for effectively promoting and selling primary care products. Odalys “Odie” then moved on to the role of Respiratory Business Specialist from January 2013 until December 2020, during which they played a significant role in driving business growth and meeting sales targets. Subsequently, Odie took on the role of Regional Training Lead for one year, where they showcased their expertise in training and development. From December 2020 to January 2023, they served as the Marketing and Technology Training Manager, overseeing training initiatives and incorporating technology into marketing strategies.
