The Finance team at POCN is responsible for managing the company's financial health and ensuring fiscally sound decision-making. This includes budgeting, financial planning, accounting, and strategic financial operations to support the clinical practice's objectives and success. The team is led by the VP of Finance and encompasses key roles such as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Operational Finance, and an Accounting Assistant.
