🔮 Colby Thomas

Colby Thomas has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Colby began their career as a Web Developer Intern at SiteSmash in 2016. Colby then joined Uber as a Brand Ambassador for a year before starting their undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University, where they worked as a Full Stack Developer.

After graduating, Colby interned as a Software Engineer at Walmart Labs in 2017. Colby then joined Pariveda Solutions in 2018 as a Software Engineer and later moved up to the position of Senior Software Engineer. Colby worked at Pariveda Solutions until 2021 when they joined Valent Partners as a Senior Software Engineer.

In 2021, Colby transitioned to a role at Studio as a Senior Full Stack Engineer before joining their current company, Pocus, as a Software Engineer in 2022.

Colby Thomas obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Systems from the Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business. Colby attended the university from 2012 to 2017. In addition to their degree, they also hold two certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS): the AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate, obtained in March 2019, and the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, obtained in December 2018.
