Luz Echanove

Luz Echanove is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer success and sales across various industries. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Pocus since May 2025, Luz previously held a role in go-to-market strategy at Ontop, contributing to global payroll and compliance solutions for remote workers. At Notion, from August 2022 to August 2023, Luz managed mid-market and enterprise sales, facilitating client expansions and upsells. Luz also spent four years at Asana in various capacities, including Channel Partner Manager and Commercial Account Executive/Account Manager, where Luz successfully launched a partnerships program in Latin America and managed client relationships. Early career experiences include internships at Southwest Airlines, the Richardson Chamber of Commerce, ARCADIS, THRWD Magazine, and Unidad Editorial. Luz earned a degree in Global Business and Finance from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas, graduating in 2018.
