Malgorzata Romaniuk

Malgorzata Romaniuk serves as the Vice President of Management Board and Chief Risk Officer at Bank BPH, where responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of risk management, including credit, enterprise, market, liquidity, and operational risk. Previously, Malgorzata held positions such as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Director, leading critical transformation projects and managing credit risk operations. Malgorzata also serves on the Supervisory Board of Pocztylion-Arka PTE S.A. and has extensive experience in debt recovery and collections from tenure at GE Money Bank and GE Bank Mieszkaniowy. Malgorzata Romaniuk completed the Certificate of Management Excellence at Harvard Business School (2017-2019) and holds a degree from the University of Warsaw (1993-1998).
